What are Dutch Pancakes?
Dutch Pancakes (Poffertjes, as we call them in Dutch) are a traditional Dutch treat made of wheat flour and buckwheat flour. Dutch Pancakes are similar to pancakes but smaller and more fluffy. To make it fluffy, yeast is added to the flour. The original way to serve Dutch Pancakes is with icing sugar and butter.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
How long before the tour should we gather at the meeting point?
We kindly request you to gather at least 10 minutes in advance.
What do we need to present upon arrival?
Please, present your booking confirmation.
What is the nearest public transport station?
The location is on a two minute walking distance from the ‘Leidseplein’.
Where is the nearest parking garage?
Q-Park Byzantium. Address: Tesselschadestraat 1G 1054 ET Amsterdam.
Is it neccesary to book a ticket upfront?
If wou want to make sure you have a spot on the desired date and time, it is recommended to book upfront. If there are seats left, we always accept walk-in’s on the spot.
Are there lifevests on board?
Safety first! We have lifevests for every passenger.
For which age is the tour?
All ages are welcome on our tour.
Will the tour proceed in case of rain?
If there is many rain forecasted, the boat will be covered. When there is no cover, we have enough umbrella’s for every passenger. During colder days, the boat will be heated and we have blankets on board.
How long does the tour takes?
The tour takes 60 minutes.
In which language will the tour be?
This is an English spoken tour.
Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately the boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Are pets allowed on board?
As this is a shared cruise we can not allow any pets on board.
Is it allowed to smoke on the boat?
As this is a shared cruise it is not allowed to smoke on the boat.
Is there a toilet on board?
There is no toilet on board. Though there is a public toilet around the corner of the meeting point.
